Pilates Classes

We run a limited number of small groups suitable for those with recent Pilates experience.

If you are new to Pilates or have any pain or injury issues you will need to attend a Beginner's Course or do some One-to-One sessions - please contact us to discuss 

If you have a group of friends or work colleagues who would like to do some lunchtime / daytime sessions please call us to discuss. We may be able to run a group session just for you!

General Mat  A multi-level class suitable for most people including those with more Pilates experience. Not for Beginners.

  • FULL Tuesday 12pm (45 mins) 
  • SPACES Thursday 12.15pm Mat class (45 mins)  -  £24 per 4 week block
  • SPACES Thursday 7pm Mat class (55 mins)  -  £32 per 4 week block

Beginners: Teaches the key basic techniques of alignment, breathing and centring and introduces flowing Pilates movement - perfect for Beginners and those returning to Pilates after a break.

Next 6 week Beginner's Course:  To be arranged. Please call to register interest.

Back Care:  a small group for those with back issues (including those who've had back surgery). Assessment is required prior to joining this group. Please call to discuss

Prices:

Prices vary according to the size of group and the length of session. Payment for groups is in calendar month blocks in advance to guarantee your place. No refunds are given for missed classes.
