Adv Practitioner - Rolf Method of Structural Integration

Jay is an experienced musculoskeletal health practitioner. His aim is to help people change their body so it serves them better and is a source of support to them, not a burden.

He holds multiple qualifications, including a Degree in Sport, Health and Physical Education from Bangor University, as well as the Premier Training Diploma in Personal Training.

In 2005 Jay became a Structural Integration practitioner, progressing to be an Advanced Practitioner in 2007, having discovered, through his own injury problems, the far reaching effects Structural Integration is able to make to how a person’s body stands, functions and moves.

In 2008, in his desire to expand his knowledge and skill base, Jay enrolled at the London School of Osteopathy where he graduated with a Masters in Osteopathy (M Ost) where he now assists in the delivery of lectures. His final year dissertation regarding the placebo effect and it’s role in osteopathic research is currently being considered for publication.
